For the State. The petitioner was a Manager of Prashik Gramin Sahakari Path. There was transfer of approximately Rs.16.73 lakh from the account of the present petitioner. The case has its origin on the accusation of digital arrest and the money being transmitted through the account of the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced documents before this Court which reflect that in the mobile number of the present petitioner, OTP was received pursuant to which the money which was transmitted was subsequently again forwarded to different accounts. 2 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the lady is innocent and has been falsely implicated. However, at this stage, having regard to the materials which are in possession of the State and the genesis of the case having its origin in digital arrest, petitioner cannot claim innocence so far as the accusations are concerned. The manner in which the money has been transmitted, at this stage, cannot certify the petitioner to be also innocent. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 405 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
