Mr. I.P. Gairola, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Tarun Lakhera, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner contends that custody of his child has been given to petitioner’s wife (respondent no. 4) on the direction of respondent no. 2. However, respondent no. 4 is not sending the children to school. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to ensure the education of the children namely Kartik Sonkar and Arush Sonkar by forcing the representation no. 4 Smt. Sonam Sonkar to sent the children to the school regularly. 5. This Court do not find any reason to interfere in the matter. If petitioner has any grievance, then he can approach the appropriate authority by making representation. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
