By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondents. 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pass an order or direction for issuance of Permanent Social Status Certificate of Scheduled Caste (Mahar) to the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may direct strict action under the Civil Services Act against respondent No. 2 & 3 for not issuing the Temporary Social Status Certificate to the petitioner within the stipulated time. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice..” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has sought for the aforesaid reliefs, in which, one of the relief is that he has been granted the Temporary Social Status Certificate in respect of Mahar caste, however, Permanent Caste Certificate has not been issued to him by the concerned Authority, as such, he has came-up before this Court with aforesaid prayer/reliefs. 3. Learned State Counsel on instruction submits that application of the petitioner for grant of Permanent Social Status Certificate in respect of Scheduled Caste (Mahar) will be considered and decided by the concerned Authority as per law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the records/documents enclosed along with the writ petition. 5. Considering facts of the case, nature of reliefs, submissions of counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent-authority to consider the pending 3 application of petitioner for grant of Permanent Social Status Certificate in respect of Scheduled Caste (Mahar) and to pass appropriate order in accordance with applicable law/rules, preferably within a period of 07 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
