The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 15 of 2024 arising out of Gumla P.S. Case No. 234 of 2024. It has been alleged that one Mannu Gope was arrested by the police and from his possession brown sugar was recovered. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of Mannu Gope who has been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 4935 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2025. Though, the petitioner has got criminal antecedents, but the same does not relate to the NDPS Act. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with NDPS Case No. 15 of 2024 arising out of Gumla P.S.
