ORDER
Heard Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents.
2. Assailing the notice dated 22.06.2026 (Ex.P1), the above writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of Ac.3.00 cents each in S.Nos.7-1P39 and 7-1P29 respectively of Komatikunta Rajupalem village, Sydapuram Mandal, SPRS Nellore District. The names of the petitioners were updated in records of rights, and the copies of pattadar pass books, adangals and 1B are filed as Exs.P2 to P4. He would submit that the respondents 4 and 5 are highhandedly trying to dispossess the petitioners from the aforementioned lands.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the aforementioned lands are in possession and enjoyment of the petitioners for 25 years and they raised lemon crop in the said land. The 4th respondent has neither initiated any action against the petitioners nor interfered with their possession and enjoyment of the lands, and the petitioners approached this Court with an apprehension only. The instructions are made part of the order.
5. Given the instructions of the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, keeping the writ petition and inviting a counter will not serve any purpose.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the respondent
authorities not to interfere with an extent of Ac.3.00 cents each in S.Nos.7- 1P39 and 7-1P29 respectively of Komatikunta Rajupalem village, Sydapuram Mandal, SPRS Nellore District, without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
