The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners along with other accused transported ½ unit of river sand in a two wheeler. Hence the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would reiterate the prosecution and submit that the petitioners have one previous case. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5. Considering the fact that petitioners have previous cases, this Court is of the view that the petitioners does not deserve anticipatory bail. 6.
