Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case and is in custody since 12th October, 2025. Charge sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court, as such the petitioner may be released on bail.
Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that initially 40 pieces of FICN was recovered and subsequently another 10 pieces of FICN was recovered pursuant to leading statement of the present petitioner.

Having considered the stage of the proceedings that charges have only been framed, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of all the seizure list witnesses is over.
Accordingly, CRM (M) 764 of 2026 is dismissed.
Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
