This is an application for impleadment of the present incumbent, Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council (for short, the BTC) as a contemner/respondent No.3 to the accompanying contempt application being Cont.Cas(C)No.688/2022. Page No.# 3/3 3. For the purpose of pursuing with the accompanying contempt application, the present incumbent holding the post of Principal Secretary, BTC is required to be brought on record. 4. Accordingly, this Court impleads Sri Mukesh Chandra Sahu, IAS, Principal Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar 783370 as the contemner/respondent No.3 to the accompanying contempt petition. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today and the Registry shall on the basis of the fresh memo of parties as well as the order passed in the instant application make the necessary corrections in the cause- title of the accompanying contempt petition and update the same in the CIS. 6.
