By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to reflect his name in the online portal in respect of the land bearing Khasra No. 218/2 and 221/2 situated at Village Keramunda, District Mahasamund (C.G.), by deleting the name of respondent No. 5, and further to direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to consider and decide the petitioner’s representations dated 03.04.2017 and 13.07.2018 within a stipulated time. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed with a limited prayer that the petitioner has purchased the land in question through a registered sale deed and his name has already been recorded in the revenue records; however, his name is not being reflected in the online portal as the owner of the said land. He further submits that the petitioner has already submitted applications before the concerned authorities in this regard, which are still pending consideration. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that since the applications have already been filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and appropriate steps shall be taken within an expeditious period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 3 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the concerned Tahsildar shall consider and decide the applications submitted by the petitioner and take necessary steps for correction/updation in the online land records, if so entitled, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
