Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.1129 of 2025 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C.(I),Cuttack arising out of Choudwar P.S. Case No.686 of 2025 on the grounds stated. 3. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.14633 of 2025 disposed of on 6th January, 2026. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. In view of the earlier order in the ABLAPL at Flag-A2, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the plea for pre-arrest bail, however, is of the view that he should be directed to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail for its consideration during the first hour and in case of rejection, to approach the Sessions Court for orders on merit. p. 2 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned J.M.F.C.(I),Cuttack within a fortnight from today and moves an application seeking regular bail, it shall be entertained and disposed of during the first hour and in the event of rejection, he is to approach the learned Sessions Court during the second hour for orders on the same day itself and for the said purpose, the relevant record shall be made available without delay. 6.
