JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER In light of the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to: i)Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quashing the impugned notices dated 09-08-2021, 13.08.2021 & 19.08.2021 produced as Annexure E, F & G and issued by the Respondent as bad in law and arbitrary. ii)Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that the Police have already filed the charge sheet on 12.11.2021 in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19887 WP No. 16660 of 2021 C.C.No.32093/2021 on the file of 30th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru. In the light of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. ii.
