Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 19.01.2026 with a direction upon the prosecution to examine seizure list witnesses at the earliest. It has been submitted that the learned trial Court has been pleased to fix examination of the seizure list witnesses in the month of May, 2026. 2. Having regard to the earlier direction as well as in the interregnum there was administrative assignment, I am of the opinion that learned trial Court would try to complete evidence of the seizure list witnesses on the next schedule fixed in the month of May, 2026. In case the seizure list witnesses do not support the prosecution case, the learned Special Court would be at liberty to release the petitioner on 2 such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper for further participation in the trial. 3. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (NDPS) 656 of 2026 is disposed of. 4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 5.
