This is an application u/s 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant in connection with Nagaon P.S. Case No. 383/2026 u/s 61(2)/303(2)/317(2)/281/105/125(B) of BNS read with Section 196 of M.V. Act. 3. The accused/applicant is the owner of a Dumper which met with an accident whereby the informant’s wife expired and their 6 months old child got injured. This court vide its order dated 01.06.2026 has granted interim pre- arrest bail the the accused/applicant who is the owner of the vehicle. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant submits that in terms of the order dated 01.06.2026 he has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded. The same fact has been confirmed by the learned APP of the State. 5. Taking into account the entire facts of the case as well as upon hearing the counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court is of the opinion that the interim pre-arrest bail order passed on 01.06.2026 should be made absolute. 6. Accordingly, the instant AB application is disposed of making absolute the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 01.06.2026. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
