5. Learned Advocate for the appellant states that entire decretal amount along with interest has been deposited with the Reference Court.
6. Hence, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
7. The interim application is disposed of.
8. The claimants/respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited, subject to filing undertaking stating that if the decision in the First Appeal goes against the claimants, they will repay the amount either to the acquiring body or to the State Government as the case may be, with the interest at the prevailing bank rate.
