Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the learned trial court lawyer has not communicated the order timely to the petitioner and in view of that, the petitioner has not been able to surrender within the stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted and in spite of that, the petitioners have not surrendered. 4. Considering that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioners, however, due to the reasons as stated in paragraph 2 no.6, the petitioner have not been able to surrender within time and in that view of that matter, two weeks further time from today is, hereby, extended to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court concerned. 5. The order dated 22.8.2025 passed in ABA No.3969 of 2025 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. The rest of directions in the said order are kept intact. 7.
