This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners feeling aggrieved by order dated 08.04.2026 passed by Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, whereby ad interim order has been denied to the petitioners and the matter has been kept for reply and arguments on reference have been filed by the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submitted that as the Reference Petition filed by the petitioner is still pending, the Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, may be directed to decide the same after considering the contents of the reference petition as well as documents placed by the petitioners on record. 3. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant writ petition with direction the Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, to decide the Reference Petition No.169/2026 pending before it after granting due opportunity of hearing to both the sides, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.
