Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.2314 of 2025 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, District- Khurda, arising out of Maitri Vihar P.S. Case No.502 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 296, 324(4), 329(4), 76, 109, 115(2), 303(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the present Petitioners were before this Court in ABLAPL No.15001 of 2025 as Petitioner Nos.1,2,3 and 4 respectively and this Court by order dated 05.01.2026 directed them to surrender and be release on bail subject to verification of criminal antecedent. 4. Admittedly, it is submitted by the learned counsel that all the Petitioners have criminal antecedents and stated with vehemence that these criminal antecedents are all qua the informant, who filed successive cases against the Petitioners. Hence, the same ought not to weigh with this Court. 5. Such submission is opposed by the learned counsel for the State. 6. Though there is no bar to filing successive bail application, this Court perused the 164 Cr.P.C statement of the victim, which was submitted by the learned counsel for the State in sealed cover and the same was opened in Court. 7. On considering the tenor thereof, this Court is not persuaded to consider the prayer for pre- arrest bail. 8. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected. (V.
