For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 03/02.04.2026 Heard Mr. Faiz Ur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. The petitioners are accused in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025. On an information that some miscreants have gathered to commit an offence at Chota Talab, Hindpiri, a raid was conducted by the police and petitioners and others were apprehended and incriminating articles were recovered from their possession. So far as the petitioner no.1 is concerned, a knife and one mobile phone were recovered and so far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned, a pistol and 2 cartridges were recovered. It appears that the charge-sheet on completion of investigation has already been submitted by the police and petitioners are in custody since 24.07.2025. Though, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submitted that both the petitioners have got criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the period of custody, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.A.C.-XVIII, Ranchi in connection with Hindpiri P.S.
