Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Assistant Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- i) “That the respondents be directed to consider and decide the petitioner representation dated 18.12.2025 in a time bound manner, strictly in accordance with law and in light of the judgment passed in CWP No.4235 of 2019, decided on 07.10.2020. ii) Direct the respondents to transfer and adjust the petitioner at Govt. Middle School Jaral, U/C Govt. Sr. Sec. School Kanaid, Tehsil Sundernagar, District Mandi, H.P. or any other 2 suitable nearby station, keeping in view his 50% orthopedic disability.” 2. In the light of the fact the petitioner is seeking his adjustment at some other station on account of the physical disability from which the petitioner is suffering from this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation of the petitioner be decided by the Authority within eight weeks from today after giving personal hearing to the petitioner. In case, it is possible to adjust the petitioner at some other convenient place, this Court impressed upon the Authority to do so. The element of academic session can be taken into consideration by the Authority while deciding the representation. 3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
