By way of this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs : A The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. B. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or suitable direction to the respondents-authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners for fair investigation/inquiry and demarcation. C. Any other relief may kindly be pleased granted as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. D. Cost of the petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, at this stage, limits their prayer to the disposal of their representation filed before the concerned authorities way back on 24.5.2022 He submits that the respondent authorities have occupied the petitioners’ private land without any land acquisition process or paying any compensation. He further submits that the land of other similarly situated persons was acquired and compensated, however, the petitioner has been denied the same. Though the 4 petitioners’ respective land situated at Village Ratanpur, was included in the Gazette Notification, but no compensation has been disbursed to them. Therefore, it is prayed that the respondent authorities particularly respondent No.7 be directed to consider the petitioners’ representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents annexed with the petition. 4. Evidently, the petitioners’ representation has been pending since 24.5.2022. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that if the petitioners approach the concerned authorities with a copy of the said representation along with a certified copy of this order, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. 5.
