The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghatsila Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 85 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatshila. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband of the informant. He next submits that the entire family members have been made accused in the case, however, the other family members have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions judge. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband of the informant. 5. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the family members including this petitioner and further the [ 2026:JHHC:13293] -2- other family members have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatshila, in connection with Ghatsila Mahila P.S.
