Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that inadvertently the order dated 27-06-2024 passed by the Disciplinary Authority imposing upon the petitioner the penalty of dismissal from service was not challenged in the present writ petition. In the present writ petition the challenge is only to the order dated 09-06-2026 issued by the Appellate Authority. In view of the above error occasioning in the present writ petition, Mr. Sarma submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to re-file the same after rectifying the error noticed.
