(2 of 2) [HC-190/2026] On interaction, she stated that she is residing with her maternal grandfather out of her free will and is not in illegal detention. Since, Ms. “A” is major, she is at liberty to reside wherever she wants. In the aforesaid background, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of with a direction to the police authorities to allow Ms. “A” to go wherever she wants and to ensure her safe return to the place of her choice.
