It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of I.A.No.4 of 2026 that the plaintiff and the 1st defendant have amicably settled the dispute in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2026, pursuant to which the 1st defendant paid a sum of USD 355,000 to the plaintiff on 11.09.2026 towards full and final settlement of the claim and the legal proceedings. 3. Considering the submissions made, I.A.No.4 of 2026 is allowed. Consequently, the suit in COMS.No.16 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn, and the warrant of arrest issued against the 1st defendant vessel is hereby recalled. As such, the 1st defendant vessel is permitted to sail out from the admiralty jurisdiction of this Court.
