Since both these bail applications have been filed with the same prayer, hence, these bail applications are disposed of by this common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No.93 of 2025 arising out of NDPS Case No.04 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii)/22 of the NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners were in illegal trade of Ganja along with Karu Saw and 1.006 kgs of Ganja was recovered from the petitioners. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is false. It is next submitted that the Ganja recovered comes under just above small quantity. It is next submitted that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners but as yet no witness has been examined. It is next submitted that the petitioners undertake that they will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 18.08.2025 as is evident from para- 12 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioners be released on bail. Learned Spl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro, in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No.93 of 2025 arising out of NDPS Case No.04 of 2025 with the condition that they will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish their mobile numbers and photocopy of the Aadhar Cards in the court below with an undertaking that they will not change their mobile numbers during the trial of the case.
