According to petitioner, she deposited rupees twenty lacs with Tehsildar, Sitarganj, in compliance of order passed by Additional District Magistrate, on 03.09.2024 and 03.10.2024 and that amount deserves to be refunded to her in view of judgment rendered by Board of Revenue in Revision No. 11/2023-24. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- “I. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release/return of Rs.20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh Rupees) deposited by the petitioner before the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sitarganj in pursuant to the recovery proceeding initiated against the petitioner based on the order passed by the Add.
