[2.] This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/claimant praying for releasing the 50% of the awarded amount, which has been deposited by the Insurance Company in pursuance to the order, dated Page No.# 2/2 08.06.2026, passed I.A.(Civil) No. 1421/2026. [3.] I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the averments made therein. [4.] The prayer is allowed. [5.] The 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the Insurance Company, i.e., Rs.6,13,734/-, in pursuant to the order mentioned hereinabove shall be disbursed by the Registry of this Court to the applicant/claimant after proper verification on furnishing of an indemnity bond of the same amount.
