By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the party-in- person Abhishek Rajendra Mutha has approached this Court with the following reliefs: “(A) The petitioner most respectfully seek reliefs that: Hon’ble Court may please to direct respondent Authority 02 and 03 to consider and decide the Petitioner Application for renewal of plot validation certificate which is Annexure L. (B) Petitioner humbly prays that liberty may also be granted to petitioner to challenge the order in same petition in case the Application C/SCA/7136/2026 ORDER DATED: 08/05/2026 of plot validation is rejected by Authority. It is humbly requested to allow both the prayer in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned advocate Mr.Deepak Sanchela appearing on advance copy for respondent Nos.2 and 3, at the outset, candidly submitted that the application for renewal of plot validation of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of one months from today. 3. On such statement being made, grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4. Needless to clarify that Corporation shall decide the plot validation application of the petitioner within the time so assured in accordance with law and in conformity with the principles of natural justice.
