Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents to consider and decide the representations of the Petitioner dated 17.12.2025, 14.01.2026, and 13.03.2026 (Annexure P/9) in a time-bound manner; 10.2. Direct the Respondents to forthwith release and pay the entire arrears of salary to the Petitioner from October 2025 till date along with applicable interest; 10.3. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction granting the Petitioner parity with similarly situated candidates who have been granted bond posting at their existing place of posting along with regular salary; 10.4. Grant any other relief, including costs of the petition, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner is an employed of respondent State and aggrieved with her non- payment of salary at par with the State Government employee. Petitioner ha submitted representation before respondents No.1 & 2 and the last representation was submitted on 13.03.2026 He contended that none of the representations submitted by the petitioner was considered or decision was taken, therefore, direction be issued to the respondents No.1 & 3 2 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within a specific time period. 3. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that she has no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners. 4. On due consideration of submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, in the opinion of this Court the grievance raised by the petitioner can appropriately be first considered by the concerned authorities and therefore, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the respondents No.1 & 2 and in the event, such representation is submitted, that too be considered along with pending representations as ordered above. 6.
