Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, they are clubbed together and are being heard & decided by a common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity, facts of WPMS/914/2023 alone are being considered and discussed. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- “I) Issue an issue appropriate order direction the respondents to decide the application moved by the petitioner for demarcation of the land of the petitioner depicted situated Village Habibpur Kuri Tehsil Laksar District Haridwar Which Khasra Number are 290.” 5. In sum and substance petitioner seeks direction to the competent authority to take decision on his application for demarcation of land, filed UKHC010047382023 2026:UHC:7164 under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act. 6. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that due to some difference in the khasra and sajra, petitioners’ land could not be demarcated. He submits that if petitioners take necessary steps for correction of sajra and furnishes corrected sajra before the Assistant Collector concerned, then necessary order shall be passed without any further delay on petitioners’ application. 7. The writ petitions are, therefore, disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned State Counsel.
