By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the present case. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction of mandamus quashing the order dated 06.10.2025 and directing the Respondent No. 1/ Bank to clear the bank account of the petitioner from all the encumbrances and permit the petitioner to use his funds to the tune of Rs. 4, 88, 228.88/- kept in his account bearing number 685044000443 within a stipulated time frame as the Hon'ble Court may deems under the facts and circumstances of the case AND/OR the petitioner may kindly be given liberty to submit a fresh application requesting the bank to remove the marking of lien in his bank account and the same shall be decided within a stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 3 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which it may deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case. 10.4 To award full cost of the present petition against the respondent authorities.” 2.
