Instant I.A. is filed by petitioners seeking modification of the Court’s order dated 30th March, 2026 in the ABLAPL. 3. It is submitted that apart from one antecedent of the year, 2019, the petitioner has another besides the present one, hence, the Court’s order in the ABLAPL dated 30th March, 2026 is needed to be modified. Recorded the response of the State. Considering the submissions as above, the Court is inclined to modify the order in the ABLAPL. Consequently, the I.A. is allowed with a direction for consideration of release of the petitioner complying the order in the ABLAPL with verification regarding absence of not more than two criminal cases apart from the present. Rest part of the order remains unaltered. Furthermore, the petitioners are allowed 15 days’ p. 2 time to commence from today to surrender before the learned court below as has been directed in the ABLAPL. 4.
