That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the present case. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may please to quash / set-aside the order dated 27.03.2026 (Ann P-1), issued by the Respondent No.03 (In case of petitioner is concerned) and the Petitioner be allowed to discharge her duty at the Community Health Center Bhairamgarh, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to pass any other order in favor of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner was appointed as Jr. Secretarial Assistant and was initially posted in the office at Bijapur. She also contended that the petitioner has made a request to the Chief Medical & Health Officer (in short ‘CMHO’) for her posting to Community Health Centre, Bhhairamgarh, District Bijapur (C.G.) upon which the CMHO posted the petitioner to the Community Health Centre, Bhhairamgarh. Petitioner as of now is working as Data Entry Operator in the Community Health Centre, Bhhairamgarh and she is now being transferred to District Office, Bijapur. She contended that against the order of transfer of the petitioner she has already had submitted a representation before CMHO and before the respondents No.2 & 3 which are pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authorities to consider and take decision on the pending representations at the earliest. 3 3. Counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of the learned counsel for the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, without commenting on merit of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the pending representations submitted by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation. 6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh comprehensive representation and in the event, such representation is submitted before the respondents No.2 & 3, the concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the same along with pending representation as observed above. 7.
