Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 16.05.2026, wherein, it has been stated that in compliance to the directions passed by this Court, the Government has conveyed the approval, vide which, letter dated 07.03.2011 has been withdrawn and benefit of pay scale before issuing of letter dated 07.03.2011 has been restored subject to final outcome of LPA filed by the respondent/State vide order dated 14.05.2026. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:17779 ) 2. Since judgment under reference stood duly complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the matter is closed. 3. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, as available to him under the law. 4. The petition is disposed of, so also pending application(s), if any.
