By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:- “10. Relief Sought. 1. Hon'ble Court may be kind and gracious enough to call for the records of the case from the respondents. 2. Hon'ble Court may be kind be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to take appropriate legal action against the officials of the respondent no. 4, 5 and 6 by issuance of writ of mandamus or any other writ/writs or direction/directions. 3. Hon'ble Court may be kind be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to correct the details of the accounts mentioned in this petition and recover the excess amount paid to such account holder along with interest by issuance of writ of mandamus or any other writ/writs or direction/directions. 4. Any other relief/relief's which Hon'ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed this petition against inaction on the part of the Respondent Authorities as even after complaint alongwith relevant material/evidence, no action has been taken against the fraud committed by the certain persons who had in connivance with society manager have entered wrong details in the account created for purchase of paddy on MSP. By playing fraud the lands which 3 are not within the jurisdiction of the respondent societies have been shown in the account of certain farmers; likewise government land, land belonging to temple trust and lands belonging to other farmers have been shown in the account of certain individuals which in-turn enables those individuals who sale paddy to the society and also to receive bonus amount in their account. Several complaints made for taking appropriate action but nothing happen till date. Hence, petitioner has came-up before this Court with aforesaid prayer/reliefs. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as on his complaint, necessary action has been taken by the concerned Authority by registering an FIR against such persons, hence, this petition has become infructuous. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering the above aspects of the matter, particularly the fact that FIR has been lodged against the persons concerned, without entering into merits of the case, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
