THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION DATED 06.02.2026 (ANNEXURE-J) GIVEN TO R-6 AND REPRESENTATION DATED 11.02.2026 (ANNEXURE-J1) GIVEN TO R-1 AND CONSEQUENTLY DIRECT THEM TO EXTEND THE KARNATAKA AROGYA SANJEEVINI SCHEME (KASS) TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CORPORATION OF THE STATER.

ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:
“a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ of like nature and direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.02.2026 (Annexure-J) given to 6th respondent and representation dated 11.02.2026 (Annexure- J1) given to 1st respondent and consequently direct them to extend the Karnataka Arogya Sanjeevini Scheme (KASS) to the employees of the Corporation of the State and, b) Grant any other remedy that this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that its representation dated 06.02.2026 at Annexure-J submitted

to respondent No.6 and representation dated 11.02.2026 at Annexure-J1 submitted to respondent No.1 have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider its representation dated 06.02.2026 at Annexure-J and representation dated 11.02.2026 at Annexure-J1 and pass appropriate order/take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
