The petitioners after serving for few months have submitted their resignations on different dates between April, 2026 to July, 2026. It is noteworthy that respondent no. 4 is the company, which hired the petitioners on behalf of respondent no.5. Apart from praying for a writ 1 UKHC010147082026 2026:UHC:7507-DB of mandamus commanding the respondents to release their salary, the petitioners have also prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents not to coerce them to sign Undertaking-cum-Indemnity Form and No Dues Certificate. 2. Mr. Abhijay Negi, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not pressing the relief for not coercing the petitioners to submit Undertaking-cum- Indemnity Form and No Dues Certificate.
