Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent and perused the documents placed on record. 3. Since the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.50049 of 2025 dated 22.01.2026 has not been complied with, this Court, issued Statutory Notice to the respondents on 13.03.2026 and in pursuant to the said statutory notice, the first respondent / Contemnor appeared before this Court on 10.04.2026 and undertook to comply with the said order and thereby this Court, posted the matter today for ‘reporting compliance’. Today, viz., 17.04.2026, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader [Pondy] appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.50049 of 2025 dated 22.01.2026 has been duly complied with and pleaded to close the Petition, for which, there is no objection on the side of the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CONT P No. 587 of 2026 __________ Page4 of 6 4.
