The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 19.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.1822/2024.
2. The petitioners claim to have purchased the land in question measuring 2 acres 38 guntas in Sy No.110/1 situated at Kogilu Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore North (Addl.)

Taluk, Bengaluru, under a registered sale deed dated
27.03.1992. They challenged the order dated 29.09.2022 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore North Sub- Division, Bangalore and the order dated 09.01.2024 passed in R.P.No.492/2022 by the Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District.
3. The appellants herein had moved an application in I.A.No.1/2025. The Learned Single Judge had allowed the Writ Petition and set aside the impugned orders passed by the Assistant Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner and has
directed the Deputy Commissioner to restore forthwith the revenue entries in favour of the petitioners on the basis of the registered sale deed dated 27.03.1992.
4. The respondents/appellants are admittedly alleged to have purchased the property in the year 2024. The respondents/appellants cannot be heard in a petition filed against the orders passed by the Assistant Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner. However, if the petitioners have any right against the original owners, the petitioners can take appropriate proceedings against the original owners of the land

and therefore, we dismiss the writ appeal. However, the petitioners may assert their rights if any on the basis of the alleged sale deed executed in their favour by the original owner in appropriate proceedings.
