---- 02/22.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Manika P.S. Case No.58 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 316(2), 318(4), 308(3), 308(4) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is the daughter-in-law of the recorded tenant and petitioner No.2 is the son of petitioner No.1. He further submits that the land has been acquired by the government and on verification the amount has been paid to the petitioner No.1, however, false allegations are made of not paying the amount to the informant

alleging that she is also entitled of property.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioners of not paying the share of compensation amount to the informant.
5. Considering that the said amount was paid as compensation by the competent authority on verification, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby
directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Manika P.S. Case No.58 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
