Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “(a) Issue an appropriate writ/direction, directing the respondent authorities to immediately sanction the medical leave of the petitioner for the period from 03.02.2023 to 21.07.2025 and disburse all arrears of salary; (b) To kindly direct the respondents to provide all consequential service benefits (including annual increments, etc.) to the applicant for the period 03.02.2023 to 21.07.2025 and this period may also be considered as continued service without break; (c) Grant any other writ(s), order(s), or relief(s) in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding the costs of the litigation to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner is working on the post of Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Haretikala, Janpad Panchayat, Jaijaipur wherein the petitioner could not able to perform his duties from 03.02.2023 to 21.07.2025 because of his suffering from medial aliment. After recovery petitioner had submitted certificate in a prescribed form along with application for grant of medical leave. The application submitted by the petitioner in the office of Janpad Panchayat is forwarded to office of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Sakti on 13.10.2025, however till date no decision has been taken due to which petitioner is facing financial crises as the 3 salary for the leave period has not been paid from 03.02.2023 to 21.07.2025. 3. Learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner is against the respondent No. 3 & 4, for whom she is not appearing. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. From the documents enclosed with this writ petition, it is appearing that petitioner submitted application along with all documents in the office of Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, which was forwarded to the competent authority i.e. respondent No.3 on 13.10.2025. According to petitioner no decision has been taken by the respondent No.3 on the application. In the aforementioned facts of the case as yet decision is to be taken by the competent authority, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on claim of petitioner, forwarded by respondent No.4, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of order. 6.
