After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no order against the petitioner for cancellation of his fair price shop and only on the basis of the advertisement issued by the concerned Authority for allotment of shop, he has filed this petition. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that at present petitioner is not having any cause of action to file the instant petition, as such, this petition is frivolous and liable to be dismissed. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the writ petition. 5. Considering the above aspects of the matter, particularly the fact that petitioner is having no cause of action to file the instant petition, therefore, this petition deserves to be dismissed. 6.
