Pending the Writ Petition, the petitioners herein paid entire dues as demanded by the respondents. In view of the payment of entire amount by the petitioner, nothing survives and no further adjudication is necessary in the present Writ Petition. 3. Even as per the written instructions submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, it appears that the amount demanded by the respondents was already paid by the petitioner. Hence, there are no merits and the writ petition is liable to be closed. 4. By observing the same, the present Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
