The petitioner claims that the respondents 5 to 14 have illegally obtained patta in their names for the properties, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. WP No. 11915 of 2026 with this writ petition to substantiate his case that the pattas have been issued illegally in favour of the respondents 5 to 14. The petitioner had given a representation on 25.02.2026 to the official respondents seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the respondents 5 to 14. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 5 to 14, notice to the respondents 5 to 14 is dispensed with. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 14 and any other third party whom the third respondents deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 6.
