Considering the aforesaid contention of the petitioners, the petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to make representation within the period of 30 days from today before the concerned respondent authorities, i.e., respondent No.2- The Commissioner Department of Aadim Jati And Anusuchit Jati Vikas, Chhattisgarh, Raipur, for their said grievance, who in turn, shall decide the same, if filed, in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving the representation of the petitioners.
