It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in view of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court to pray for appropriate remedies. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court within a period of 14 days from today. In the event any application is filed on his behalf, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 4.
