No.503/2024 pending before the learned JMFC (Traffic) Court-III, Bengaluru, the Petitioner has appeared before the Trial Court, pleaded guilty to the alleged offences, and paid the fine as imposed by the Court, thereby concluding the proceedings; hence, in view of the said subsequent development, the present petition has become infructuous and the Petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the same in the interest of justice.” In terms of the memo, the criminal petition is disposed as withdrawn.
