Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1972, passed on 16.02.2013. He has also challenged judgment and order dated 24.09.2014 passed by Appellate Authority. 3. It is not in dispute that proceedings under the aforesaid Act were initiated against the petitioner by issuing a notice under Section 4(1) of the Act. 4. Petitioner could not demonstrate that he has any right, title or interest, qua the land over which his tin shed was constructed. UKHC010002922016 2026:UHC:6931 Since the land in question was belonging to State Government, therefore, Prescribed Authority passed eviction order against the petitioner and Appellate Authority affirmed the order passed by Prescribed Authority. 5. In this petition also, petitioner has not enclosed any document to prove his title over the land in question. There is no perversity in the eviction order passed by Prescribed Authority as affirmed by Appellate Authority. 6. Thus, there is hardly any scope for interference, while exercising power under Article 227 of the Constitution. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 7. No order as to costs. 8.
