The petitioner was working with the respondent-department as Assistant Teacher in primary school Kharsi, Block Chakrata, District Dehradun. Due to certain inaction on the part of petitioner the salary of two days i.e. 15.08.2025 and 13.04.2026 was withheld by the respondent-department. However, now the said salary of two aforesaid dates has been released in favour of the petitioner. Thus, prayer no. 1 of the writ petition no longer survives. 4. The petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to work at the aforesaid primary school due to strained relations between the petitioner and the Deputy Education Officer of the area and therefore he should be transferred from that primary school to any other school in the district. 5. It is also submitted by the petitioner that he has already made a representation to respondent no.3- District Education Officer (Elementary UKHC010144292026 2026:UHC:7693 Education) Dehradun dated 23.07.2026 (Annexure No.- 14 to the writ petition) and if a direction is issued to said respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time by this Court, ends of justice would be met. 6. In view of the above, the writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- District Education Officer (Elementary Education) Dehradun, to decide the representation dated 23.07.2026 submitted by petitioner (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition), within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, sympathetically considering all the attending facts in the matter.
