The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs: a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities more particularly the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 03.05.2023 and 15.09.2023 made by the Petitioner No.1 to all the respondents through Respondent No.5 in terms of the Annexures-M and P respectively. b) Further, issue directions against the respondents to extend the Grant-in-Aid benefits to the school running under the petitioner no. 1 in terms of the Government Order dated 06.10.2007 Bearing No: ED 59 PMC 2006 produced at Annexure-D and letters of recommendations dated 13.01.2015 bearing No. C7(4)/Pra.shi.A/itahare 01/2014-15 issued by the Respondent No.2 as per Annexure-F and also in terms of the recommendation for Grant-in-Aid submitted by the Respondent No.5 by its letter dated 06.05.2022 produced at Annexure-L. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8457 WP No. 1680 of 2026 c) Issue any Writ, order or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstance of the case and for cost, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will not press the relief sought at prayer B. Hence he confined the petition only to the extent of prayer A. 3. Brief facts leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows: 4. The petitioners filed this petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 03.05.2023 and 15.09.2023 made by the petitioner No.1 to all the respondents through respondent No.5 in terms of Annexures M and P respectively, wherein the petitioners requested the respondents for admission of grant-in-aid, and the respondents have not passed any order on the said representations. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if reasonable time is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 3, they would consider the representations vide Annexures M and P, and would pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 6. In view of the above the submission made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i.
